A Slight Change Of Plan



December's training plan is in the bin, I just couldn't resist this one it looks like a cracker!

...Ah well best laid plans and all that...

Well, good luck with that Richie. Seems to be a nice scenery anyway (from looking at the pictures)... And the weather seems to be slightly different from Scotland as well.
Are you going for the 100m or 100k?

I'm signed up for the Country to Capital btw, as it is a local race for me. See you there in mid-Jan. Brr.

wish it was me Davie, then i'd take you all with me as support, unfortunately i'll be in my one-man tent eating beans in the hills above L.A instead.
Its the 100 miler CG, not worth travelling for anything less
Brian, nope i'm going especially for this, don't know if i'll be in shape for C to C now so will wait till after Chimera and see.

Ritchie,

just had a wee look at your training schedule there and noticed that you have some 4 milers penciled in some evenings with guys from the club.........How do you know so far in advance that those sessions will only be 4 miles long ?

Hi John,my club Carnegie Harriers put up a training schedule for each 3 month block on the club website, so i can just reference that when i'm putting my training together.
