Well, good luck with that Richie. Seems to be a nice scenery anyway (from looking at the pictures)... And the weather seems to be slightly different from Scotland as well. Are you going for the 100m or 100k?
wish it was me Davie, then i'd take you all with me as support, unfortunately i'll be in my one-man tent eating beans in the hills above L.A instead. Its the 100 miler CG, not worth travelling for anything less Brian, nope i'm going especially for this, don't know if i'll be in shape for C to C now so will wait till after Chimera and see. Debs, language please!
hahaha! didn't think i could picture you pounding away on the flat for months! but this does seem to be taking it to extremes ;) do they have chocolate digestives in the states?!!
never even considered the biscuit situation Kate!!! I'd better get onto it! Yes, i couldn't face pounding the pavements for months on end looking up at the hills....
just had a wee look at your training schedule there and noticed that you have some 4 milers penciled in some evenings with guys from the club.........How do you know so far in advance that those sessions will only be 4 miles long ?
Hi John,my club Carnegie Harriers put up a training schedule for each 3 month block on the club website, so i can just reference that when i'm putting my training together. Richie

Haha! You loon. Did you have a rip to the US planned anyway? All the best with it.
I'm signed up for the Country to Capital btw, as it is a local race for me. See you there in mid-Jan. Brr.
Holy shit! That's all I can say!
Now we know the identity of one of the £45million lottery winners!
